1. Deliveries
Delivery Zones
We deliver throughout Europe and worldwide. Delivery costs vary depending on the destination country and the number of items ordered.
Delivery Methods

Mail: For small orders (up to 3 items)

Carrier: For orders of more than 3 items
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination:

France: 5 business days

Europe: 7 business days

Rest of the world: Up to 30 business days
These timeframes are calculated from the moment your order is confirmed.
Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery of your parcel.
2. Returns
Return Conditions
Under Article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized are not eligible for the right of withdrawal. As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, except in cases of defect or non-conformity.
Return Procedure
If you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, please follow the steps below:

Contact us: Send an email to contact@berrize.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or non-compliant product.

Response: We will reply within 48 business hours with return instructions.

Return: Send the product back according to the instructions provided. Return shipping costs will be covered by us in cases of defect or non-conformity.
Refund
If your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price (including the initial delivery fees) within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
